Aleppo Soap is one of the oldest styles of soap still made today. It's history stretches back thousands of years to the ancient city of Aleppo in Syria where it gets its name. Rumor has it that Cleopatra bathed with Aleppo.
The simple ingredients and long curing time produce a soap that is naturally gentle to the skin.
Our Aleppo has the natural earthy scent of Laurel Berry Oil (Sweet Bay). A few West Indian Bay leaves were infused to add extra goodness and a subtle smokiness.
